    Hello @companyatif,

I hope you’re doing well today!

That “Undefined index: editor_post_id” PHP Notice is more specific to Elementor, and usually such notices shouldn’t be causing issues with submitting the forms.

Could you please export the form, and share it via Google Drive, Dropbox, Pastebin, or a similar service, in order for us to test it on our end.

If you find out more details which could help replicating the issue (like using a particular browser, or field values, etc.), please let us know as well.

    Looking forward to your reply!

    Best Regards,
    Dmytro

    Hi @companyatif,

I hope you are doing well today!

I imported two forms and tested on our labs but could not replicate the issue. So, this is more likely to be some plugin or theme conflicting on your site. I suggest to perform full plugin & theme conflict test.

Please make sure you have recent backups and perform this operation on your dev/staging site if possible.

To learn more about a plugin conflict test, please see this guide below:

Okay. I guess it was because of Akismet Anti-Spam Plugin. I have turned it off and waiting for the results. Thanks.

    Hi @companyatif,

Sure, please do let us know how that goes, so that we could check further if needed.

Yes, the form started working when I disabled the Akismet spam protection option under ‘Behavior.’ Thus far, there have been no additional issues reported by the user. The form is designed exclusively for registered users, so I’m puzzled as to why it’s causing problems, considering the user is already registered. I’m unsure of the specific criteria that Akismet uses to flag an account as spam and consequently blocks the user from filling out the form.

    Hello @companyatif,

Unfortunately we can’t say why Akismet detects some cases as spam, since it only provides Forminator with a binary “pass” or “fail” result, and there’s no setting for adjusting its sensibility level.

In cases like this, if you need to enable some kind of spam protection for the form, we can only recommend using the Captcha field, or enabling Honeypot protection instead.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Best Regards,
    Dmytro
