    hello i am not able to connect the wooccoomerce store to facebook. at the end i get something went wrong and no connection. I tried to change in freshuk.co.il/options the facebook page business name but it does not save no matter what.

    Thanks for contacting us about Facebook for WooCommerce! Sorry to hear our plugin is giving you trouble. I am happy to help out ??

    There are a few things that we can look at that may help with this issue. Can you please check the following:

    • Your pixel, catalog, and Facebook extension must all be under the same Business Manager account.
    • Your site’s timezone setting must be set to something other than UTC+0 (WordPress > Settings > General)
    • Your site’s currency must be supported by Facebook. If it is not, temporarily switch to a supported currency and attempt to connect.

    Can you please check that the above three items are all correct for your site and if they help to get you connected?
