“Something went wrong; can’t find ajax request URL!”

Hello,

I have tried these options too: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/read-this-before-you-open-a-support-topic/
I have contacted my hosts and they have investigated and tried to run the plugin themselves but get the same error. They said to send a support request here.
I have a log file too.
Are you able to diagnose and fix the issue?
