    Hi,

I am using the LiteSpeed Cache plugin and I noticed that when I activate the cache option for authenticated (logged in) users, my users can’t log in from the SupportCandy login page and they get the cryptic message “Something went wrong!”. However, the users are able to login from the default WordPress login page.

I couldn’t find any related posts here so I decided to post this. Can anyone confirm this with the LiteSpeed Cache plugin or other cache plugins for Apache/Ngnix?

The fix is very simple. You just have to disable cache for authenticated (logged in) users.

After several tests the best and the safest solution is to completely exclude the helpdesk pages from your website’s caching mechanism.

Hi, @daniellikovno! What cache do you use?

I use LiteSpeed Cache. To exclude your ticket page from caching in LiteSpeed:

LiteSpeed Cache Settings -> Excludes -> Do Not Cache URIs -> ^/your-ticket-page/

    Plugin Support Milind Ighe

    Hello @daniellikovno

You need to exclude Support Page from your cache list.

Please feel free to raise ticket on our Support page if you face any issue.
