    Hi,
    Awesome plugin. Thanks for your work.
    I upgraded WP 5.1 -> 5.3.2
    I upgraded PHP 5.6 -> 7.3
    The sliders are simple background image diapositives.
    Since the upgrade, I am getting the “Something went wrong” error.
    I checked the console, only admin-ajax.php show and it charges correctly.
    I looked at PHP error log. Nothing about Crelly slider. Only getting errors about Toolset plugin, which I disactivated and tried again to create a new slider but it didn’t work either.
    The sliders created prior to the upgrade are functioning correctly.
    Any and all help is appreciated

    UPDATE:
    I went back to Slider settings, modified my slider, added slides, tested live, added the slider to a page using shortcode and everything works correctly.
    It would seem that the only thing that doesn’t work is the Error message. Instead of saying “Successful update” or something like that on a green background it is sending the error message. Small precision: the error message is in French and on a light red background.
    So this error is not critical.

    Can you clarify this point please? What error do you see?

    Also, just to make sure it’s not a cache problem, can you trying flushing your browser cache, and disable compression plugins (if you installed one)?

    Hello,

    Same Versions than QWhat, same issue.

    “Quelque chose s’est mal passé” appears, but in fact the slider is saved and work on frontoffice normally..

    No troubles on the french message, since my wp settings are set to french.

    Hello Fabio,
    Sorry if I wasn’t clear. In the javascript console it showed that admin-ajax.php loaded correctly. That’s all.
    After reading other posts I noticed that it was one of the things you asked people to verify.
    Like jermilbfc, my version is also French.
    I don’t use a compression tool at the moment. I have flushed the browser’s cache.
    Sometimes the error message appears, sometimes not. If I can pinpoint the actions that provoke the error message I will let you know.
    Thanks for answering.

    This is just a coincidence, it shouldn’t be related to the issue.

    Sometimes the error message appears, sometimes not.

    That makes it harder to debug, but I might now what’s happening here. Can you help me test it please?
    1) Create a new slider with 2 slides, and a background image in each slide. Do not add any element. Save the slider. Is it successful?
    2) Create a new slider with 2 slides, and a background image in each slide. Add a text element in one of the slides. Save the slider. Is it successful?
