    Thanks for contacting us about this. I took a look for you and your Jetpack connection looks great. I did notice however, that you are using a very old version of Jetpack which is no longer supported.

    Can you update to the latest version so that we can run more tests for you?

    Are you posting from wp-admin, or using some sort of auto-posting service/program?

    Hi @bruceallen i post directly from wp-admin, when publish a post in the site, with no adicional services for this.

    It’s right that’s a older version, but is a most recent compatible with worpress version(5.5.12) instaled.

    In DEBUGGING CENTER says…

    Your Jetpack setup looks a-okay!

    Hi @nrms

    The latest Jetpack Social updates will not work correctly in the Jetpack version you are running on your site.

    You can try installing the standalone Jetpack Social plugin to see if that helps:

    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/jetpack-social/

    Otherwise, I’d suggest updating both WordPress and Jetpack to the latest versions to ensure you have all the latest features and security fixes.
