    “Something went wrong. Please try again or choose another payment source.”
    I keep getting this message when clicking on PayPal payment options on my woocommerce website. I have tried re-adding the API credentials and updated all the plugins.
    Could you please help me solve this so people can pay with PayPal.

    Could you please share with us your site’s URL to help us replicate the issue from our side?

    Also, to give us more insight into the issue, would you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    PAYEE_ACCOUNT_RESTRICTED The merchant account is restricted.

    I recommend reaching out to the PayPal Merchant Technical Support (MTS) for further assistance regarding your PayPal account: https://www.paypal-techsupport.com/s/login/

    This error is related to your merchant account and this will need some type of verification on PayPal’s end. For the most part, this happens when PayPal is requesting an identity check, and this depends on why PayPal would apply a restriction on the account.

    If it is the case, there is nothing to do with the plugin, Please notice that the restriction on the account might affect the ability to receive funds, this is related to PayPal, and they will be in a better position to provide you with more information.
