    Hi

    I’ve tested purchasing this product but 4 times out of 5 I’m seeing the ‘Something went wrong…’ error. If I look in console I can see an error message beginning ‘SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘<‘, “ER”… is not valid JSON‘
    I tried contacting Woo support last week but have still not heard anything.

    Hi

    Just in case it helps anyone else my problem was caused by a plugin conflict (with SpamShield). Support pointed me to the error logs and I could see the error messages citing this plugin.
