“Something went wrong when connecting to facebook!”

The most common reason why we would see this specific error coming up is not allowing Facebook to manage your business during the connection process.

Can you confirm if you are the owner of all the assets (Business Manager and Facebook page) you are trying to connect to on Facebook?

If this is the case, please make sure both WordPress and WooCommerce are both updated to the latest version to rule out any other problem.

I just checked my Business Manager and Facebook page and confirm that I am the owner of all the assets there. Also, both my WordPress and WooCommerce are up to date.

I also verified my website through DNS TXT but still could not connect my WooCommerce and Facebook Business.

i am connected…but no. In facebook all is ok. I got the connection but i see “-” in place the data of the facebook account, pixel, etc etc.

ok. fix the problem. the last vertion of the facebook pluggin got a problem. i use and old vertion and was ok.

Thanks for the details. Please make sure you don’t include any sensitive information in your screenshots.

As a next step, please check if the admin accounts on Facebook.com have 2FA enabled.
