+1 on the issue (cited in the other thread). Facebook says not their problem (typical).

    1) The page is managed through a business profile, and the business manager
    2) Me (the user trying to connect) is authorized to post for and as the page, and all permissions are set to allow this (in theory)

    Hey @thehowarde

Thanks for contacting us about Facebook for WooCommerce! I am happy to help out ??

There are a couple of things that could be causing this issue. In order to look into this further, would it be possible to add a snippet I’ll share with you and try to reconnect?

This snippet will change how our plugin connects to your site and show you the full error that can give us some more insight into what may be happening to cause the error.

If you’re unsure on how to proceed, we’ve created a blog article that may be useful. I like using the free Code Snippets plugin to make the process easier.

    The snippet is: https://gist.github.com/Pitboz/cc892a2da3174fc83d5adcead3f5456b

Would you please add this snippet and send along a screenshot of the error message that you receive?

    Cheers,
    Steve

    Hey @thehowarde ,

This is Pit, stepping in for Steve as he isn’t available today due to some well deserved time off.

First, my apologies for the delay in my response. We’ve been experiencing a high support volume lately, which has definitely slowed us down. We’re working feverishly to reach out to all merchants, so we hope we’ll be back to our usual response time soon! I really appreciate your patience!

Regarding the issue you’ve encountered, this is something that our team is working with the Facebook team to further troubleshoot. That being said, would it be possible to reach out to us using our contact form and share the email address associated with your Facebook account and your Business Manager Account ID?

You can find your Business Manager ID by going to the Business Manager, selecting the business you want to connect to, and checking the URL for the “business_id=” value.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best regards,

    Pit

    Hello,

I’m experiencing the same problem as mentioned above. It’s nice that the treat is closed as being resolved, but has somebody in the meantime provide a solution?

    Gr,
    Harry.
