    Hello

    I have trouble connecting my WordPress Woocommerce website to my Facebook page.
    Everytime I connect via Facebook for Woocommerce plugin in the end it say “Something went wrong when connecting to Facebook! Please try again.”

    Is there anyway to fix this?

  • The same with me! I can connect with one of my sites but cannot connect with the other. Both sites have the same plugins installed so it is not a plugin conflict. Should be something with facebook api.

    First, I want to thank you for sharing this video! This is a great way for us to see what you are experiencing and provides a bit of a head start with troubleshooting.

    At first glance, it looks like the URL on the error page is showing a “Permission error” and “user denied” message.

    Would you please double-check to make sure that the page, pixel, and catalog are all assets of the Business Manager account you want to use? In addition, would you please confirm that the “Partner Created User” has access to these in your Business Manager as well?
