    Hello @alexliii

Can you consistently encounter this issue, or does it disappear when you switch to a different tab?

This might be related to a bug we introduced in the recent version of our Pay Later messaging Configurator. We have prepared a patch that we believe will resolve the problem. You can download and install the package available at the following link:?PCP-2811. This package includes a fix that is scheduled to be officially released in our version 2.6.2 update.

After installing the package, please check if the issue persists.

Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Kind Regards,

    Krystian

    Hello @alexliii

Another reason could be that your PayPal merchant account is CN or HK. So, if you connect a merchant from a region where Pay Later isn’t available, but your WooCommerce store is set to an eligible country, the messaging configurator won’t work.

If so, we’ll work to provide clearer information in the error message for ineligible merchants. Please confirm if our assumption is right.

    Kind regards,
    Krystian

    @inpsydekrystian,

1# Yes, the issue persist, even after I replace the plugin with the one that you provide.

2# Yes, our merchant account is CN. So, Pay later does not support CN China account?

    Thanks

    Hello?@alexliii

o, Pay later does not support CN China account?

Correct. PayLater is not supported for CN merchants.

For example, if my store is set to US but my account is MX (no Pay Later region), I see this too:

We will work on some improvements in this area, the information should be clearer.

    Kind regards,

    Hello?@alexliii

Just an update regarding this error. PayPal has acknowledged a bug, so expect to soon see a more descriptive error message indicating your account’s ineligibility for the Pay Later option.

    Kind regards,
