    Im my settings, my email address says authorised. But I have not received an authorisation email. I get this error message when I try to test the subscription form.

    Thanks for writing. Our team works hard to process manual approvals for all new subscriptions, and replies to them as soon as possible (within 12h). If you did not receive an answer from us, it’s either because we did not receive your request, or you did not get our reply.

    Upon checking, it looks like our Approvals Team had already replied to you. Kindly reply to their email so they can process your request.
