    hello, i get error something went wrong when people try to sign up. this started happening in january.

    i have a support ticket open but with no answer: 11318
    can you help?

  • Same issue here caused by WP-Rocket, despite of clearing cache every hour. How to fix this?

    Hello there,

    Good Day !!!

    We suggest you to set cache timeout(if applicable in your cache plugin) to purge cache for every x hours(set below 12 hours). Or try alternate of WP Nonce verification which is google reCAPTCHA v2 checkbox with server side validation(it is in our settings page) which will solve your reported issue.

    Please make sure you encounter this issue in latest version of our plugin or old?

    None of the suggestions solves the issue.

    The plugin is the latest version.

    Still same issue with “Something went wrong, please try after sometime”.
