Something wired is happening please help

Hi ok something wired is happening in my WordPress website the comments that are coming through are all from my WordPress websites its not any human so how do i fix it an example would be
[…] About Us […] and […] About Us […] then it would be the page url how do i fix this?
I am no web designer so please explain how to fix it i hat how WordPress does this this is the second times its happen and the first time i just restored the back but I don’t wont to keep doing this.
I have un ticked this Allow link notifications from other blogs (pingbacks and trackbacks) but its still happening.I am using WordPress WordPress 3.4.1. i wish their was plug in that could stop this from happening
