Spent 5 hours trying to figure out why another plugin didn’t work when it did a few days ago. After spending 5 hours I finally activated/reactivated/tested the plugin that wasn’t working… come to find out it was some javascript in your plugin.

I deactivated the plugin and decided to go with a different plugin.

If you want more help testing this plugin please buy my pro help. Pro help allows you to have me do testing which should have been done by you. It’s only $300 an hour and at 5 hours I’ve spent so far, that’s only $1500.

  • Hi @thomasrendleman,

I am sorry to hear that you had issues with the plugin. Smush undergoes proper testing before each release. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to always catch all the bugs. But out of the 300 thousand users that updated, only a few reported minor issues. And if you read the support forums – the majority of issues were related to users blocking core WordPress functionality. If you describe what issue you have, I’ll try my best to help you resolve it.

P.S. And no one will charge you any money ??

    Best regards,
    Anton

    Hello @thomasrendleman

I just wanted to comment on this part:

Please keep in mind that it’s actually forbidden, to offer to pay for help.
I’m telling this, not that much about us, as we already have a QA team, like Anton mentioned, but for other topics you create/reply. ??

    Take care,
    Dimitris
