Something wrong on my website, cant upload images and themes

  • For the past few days I have been unable to upload images and themes, it says that an error has occurred and that I should try later.

    The thing is that when someone else tried to do that on their computer it apparently worked, so it must be something on my computer I assume.

    I would greatly appreciate your help and if anyone has had any similar issues where WordPress seems to be working normally on other computers but not on a particular computer.

    I would really appreciate your help, it has been days since I could upload images on my website.

    Hello Everyone

    Since Monday 25th April my website looks “different” https://www.knowyoucan.org.uk

    I have been advised that chunks of Avada are missing,and one assumes that that is a theme.I have activated the “Avada Child” theme in the hope that this theme will replace the missing chunks.

    I am currently waiting to see if my current web developer has a last know working copy of https://www.knowyoucan.org.uk

    Your advice would be most welcome
