    three situations:
    1, If you only enter an email address, it succeed.
    2, when separate Email addresses with Comma, it failed and no one could received the email from the ticket.
    3, IF you try more times, even you only enter an email address, it failed.

    questions:
    a. BCC, is it related to “Add Note” and “Submit Reply”? Different?
    b. BCC, is it related to Ticket History Limit
