You most likely have invalid markup– an unclosed <div> tag for example. Those can be painful to track down but you are going to have to do it. The W3C Validator will get you started. If you validate green then the problem is probably CSS.

what do you mean? i check my foot and code are looks fine.

A little encouragement… once you miss a closing tag a whole bunch of things validate improperly, so find that tag and you’ll probably fix several other things at the same time.
