    hi, i’m newbie of wordpress.
    the problem i face now is,
    i have 2 domain name and 1 web-hosting. wildwild.net with web-hosting and elvinlee.my.
    now i install my blog in elvin.wildwild.net, and i would like to use elvinlee.my as my blog URL, my web-hosting had help me set that elvinlee.my redirectly to elvin.wildwild.net. but when i access elvinlee.my and i point my mouse over the link, all the link still is elvin.wildwild.net/blog/first-blog, even though insert elvinlee.my/blog/first-blog also can access, but the link all show is elvin.wildwild.net.

  • WordPress does its own redirection, so I think you are seeing a conflict between it and what your web host has setup for you.

    Although not exactly your situation, if you follow along with this documentation, you should be able to have WordPress in its current location, and make it come up as https://elvinlee.my:
    https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory

    You will, of course, have to get rid of the redirection that your web host has setup for you.

    Key to success here will be getting the right values for WordPress address (URL) and Site address (URL) in the Admin-General panel
