Something's wonky!

  • I have been using this plugin for years and while it does indeed send out notifications of comments to users, our users often complain about not being able to manage their settings. Either they have broken links or empty pages with nothing displayed. Though not everyone seems to see the same thing. I also have people who complain about receiving notifications to posts they are no longer subscribed to or even multiple notifications for the same post.

    This could certainly be an anomaly but I did find several references to other folks having similar issues with no resolution. As always, it could be something weird with my particular configuration on my server but who knows. Either way, if it’s inconvenient for my users, I have no choice but to disable the plugin.

    I am afraid the plugin is not working correctly to you. I will be happy to debug your site to see what is going on. I have running the plugin on my personal blog and it is working correctly. Today I just manage my subscription in a blog from a different user.

    I also have people who complain about receiving notifications to posts they are no longer subscribed to or even multiple notifications for the same post.

    Perhaps all those users and you have something in common and we are not seeing that pattern. We would like to find this leak and fix it.
