Somethings wrong with the coding, but I don’t know where?

    Css Validator found an error in my comments.php

    It says:

    Lexical error at line 1, column 2. Encountered: “?” (63), after : “<“

    Not really sure what that means.

    Can I please email someone the whole coding from my comments.php file?. I don’t know what to fix.
