Sometimes after adding a plugin I can’t get to my plugin page.

I have a few installs of Wp, and I added a plugin to two of the site.

One had no problem activating and getting to the plugin page via admin login.

The other when I click on plugins button it takes me to a blank page.

Both are the same wp version, what could be the problem?
