sometimes filtering does not produce results

I have the same issue and i cannot understand your previous advice. The point of the plugin is to quickly access products, surely editing the files isnt the way forward. Isnt this a key feature of the plugin?? Filtering products just involves a ten minute wait and then a full list of every product regardless of the search term.

This is not a feature of the plugin, it is an incompatibility with your caching settings.

Just disable the caching plugin and everything will work fine

In functions.php add this code:

add_filter('woobe_storage_type', function($type) {
    return 'session';//session, transient
});

tried your fix – didnt work. That stock answer you have copy and pasted whenever anyone asks why the filter wont work is confusing at best. I would argue that 98% of sites use a cache plugin. Yet your plugin doesnt work if you have one? …can you see how craxy that is? Tried disabling, still didnt work, tried adding the code to functions.php, didnt work. I have given so much time and effort to this plugin that its become laughable now. Id have been FAR quicker editing every product manually, which is what ill be doing from now on

Yes, of course, almost everyone uses caching plugins, but the problem is that some caching plugins do not work correctly and cache the transient, and even on the admin side.
