sometimes mail is sent and sometimes says failed to send contact to adminstaror

I AM using CF7 .this works fine for my all site Except the one.
When i was installed this plugin on server it was working file but now sometimes it msg :Your message has been sent successfully. Thanks.
Or Sometimes says:Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.
And i have installed the WP-mail-SMTP plugin.
I don’t know what is problem with it.
