See the masonry gallery most of the way down the home page and on the photos page.

When the gallery loads, the photos sometimes load very stretched and not perfect, as they do other times. I’m working on a staging server on WP Engine. I don’t have caching or CDN on staging.

Here is the issue I’m seeing:

Here are the Media Library Gallery Settings:

Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong here?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Umm… you are not using Masonry. You are using a mosaic layout.

But that being said, can you turn off JetPack’s lazy loading? That tends to cause unexpected results.

    Okay, I’ll do that.

Hi – I wanted to follow up and see if you are still facing a problem.

You were correct. Lazy Load from JetPack was the problem.

Do you recommend a Lazy Loading plugin that will work with your plugin? Or, is that just not recommended with this type of experience.

Well, Photonic actually covers most of the lazy loading functionality internally, so something external should not be required.

Ah, I didn’t know that. Thanks for letting me know. It’s fine now. Appreciate the quickness of support.
