Sometimes %USER_ANSWER% did not work

    Hello,

    I found that sometimes %USER_ANSWER% did not work.
    This would create a problem with %POINT_SCORE%

    I tested with 100% correct answer but since some %USER_ANSWER% did not work, the user %POINT_SCORE% will be scored less than 100%

    Please advise
