Somrthing on my computer desktop stopping me editing posts, pages, products.

  • This is a really odd one.

    I recently purchased a sales badge plugin which worked fine but I noticed a few days later I could not edit posts, pages or products.

    I deactivated it and I can edit posts, pages and products. I gave my admin login details to the plugin developer and she activated it and had no problem editing posts, pages, products.

    I asked my business partner to log in as me and she has no problem editing using my credentials.

    So I deactivated all of my browsers addons, cleared history completely and tried, but I cannot edit posts, pages and products.

    I have the same problem with Chrome and yesterday I installed Opera, made no changes, just the basic install and still cannot edit posts, pages and products with the Sales Badge plugin activated.

    I have tried exiting my anti-virus and firewall program, stopping all background processes on my PC (Windows 10, I am extremely computer literate.

    Now I find myself at a loss at what to do next.

    Can anyone help?
