Song Titles with Apostrophes

Two of my client’s song titles have apostrophes in them. These are not reading correctly in the player. The URL of the titles do not include the apostrophes so there’s no ASCII encoding issue that I can tell.

When the song title scrolls in the sticky player the title includes odd characters the first time, then the 2nd time it scrolls the title is correct.

Any ideas why the apostrophes are being translated to ASCII code in the song titles?
