Songs don't load anymore

Hi,

I have instralled mp3J Pleyer on this site:
https://singerforweddings.co.uk

The playlists are shown on to right widget area, the setting is to separate by a comma each song (file name).

The player was working fine but yesterday suddenly it has stopped working, it try to connect to the songs but freeze.

I have also tried to disable all plugins except mp3 JPlayer to find out if there was a conflict but nothing the problem still there, in the help they say to make sure that encoding is the right one. Question where can I go to check the encoding?
