Sontel Widget. There is none

  • I have installed the plugin. I already had an account but forgot it was only good for 7 days. It said the number has been removed OR INSTALL IT ON YOUR WEBSITE AND KEEP IT FOREVER. So I logged in changed my credentials to something I want to keep. Properly configured it online. I then logged into my site. I installed the plugin for this program and looked for a widget. There is none.. Your installation page should read

    Wordpress install

    OR

    Javascript Installation

    When you look at what you have in there, you are really unsure if you need to do only one or both. I did not think I needed to do both because it said there was a widget. However, I went through every single widget and there is nothing there named SONTEL or the name of the plugin.

    I tried both installations including adding a plugin to add javascript to the website. Not something I like to do. That did not work either.

    I am sorry to know that you faced problems in the process of installing our chat function on your website. We wanted this to be easy for customers on WordPress and so we have a Plugin that can be installed.

    There is only really 2 steps involved in activating this on your website,

    1. Install our plugin named “Sonetel”. (not Sontel)
    2. Sign into your Sonetel account through the plugin.

    I have tried searching for our Plugin and found it on the WordPress Plugin search results. Please try again and send me an email ([email protected]) if it’s not successful.
