Sophos alert on WordPress site

My website is https://outsideoftheboot.com/. I have been informed by a reader that his company’s computer firewall throws a malware error, particularly this one: https://www.sophos.com/en-us/threat-center/threat-analyses/viruses-and-spyware/Mal~HTMLGen-A.aspx

Another reader had told about a problem with Sophos too on my site. What can be done? Does this throw up an error for anyone else?
