You must make sure you are the main admin of your page. Then please switch the profile to the original facebook profile under which the page is located. Then you have to reload the facebook settings page from your WP dashboard and click on the set chat plugin. After that, you will see all the pages that is under your facebook profile. Now please select the page and then follow the steps to publish. Hope it solves the issue.
