Sorry but How does one register to get a user name and password?

  • Sorry but how does one register to get a user name and password? Does the Admin do this and then send it to the client? What’s the process please? If the user name and password is just part of WordPress then anyone can register. Right? So I’m assuming the Admin needs to do this but this should not related to the normal WordPress user name and password. Right?
