    Hello,

    I am paying customer of Zoho One

    I created subscriptions in Zoho, I installed Zoho Subscriptions plugin on my WordPress website, did set up the token, and embeded the Zoho Subscriptions iframe in a page

    The iframe shows : “Sorry, but you do not have the required access, please contact [my company name] at [my email]”

    Hello there,

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    Did you enable Tax in your organization? If so, then the system requires at least one tax to function. The very first tax that you create will be considered as a “Default Tax”, later on this can be changed.

    Please create a Tax and then give it a try.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
