    Hello, new to Woocommerce (switching from Prestashop)! So far has been pretty straightforward. I’m having issues during checkout where I simply get the following error “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”
    I only have Woocommerce payments enabled for payments and have already successfully finished the steps for Woocommerce payments account creation. I enabled the shop to only ship to the “USA” and have provided a free shipping option for all orders. Any assistance would be appreciated.

    I only have Woocommerce payments enabled for payments and have already successfully finished the steps for Woocommerce payments account creation.

    Briefly, could you enable the Cash on Delivery method from WooCommerce → Settings → Payments and check if it is shown on the checkout page? If it’s shown, then chances are that there’s an issue with the WooCommerce Payments method.

    The message on your checkout then indicates that the WooCommerce Payments setup is not quite finished, otherwise, it would display as a payment method during checkout.

    Thanks for the tip. Yes, when selecting “Cash on Delivery” it does come up as an option during Checkout. I have also selected “Express Checkout” for Apple/Google pay but it seems that this service does not show up as well. I will go back through the documentation provided and see what’s missing. Will message back, thanks

    Hi, for what it’s worth, I got this issue when enabling test mode in payment settings. Once I turned off test mode that message went away.

    Also, if you are in test mode in woocommerece, but have also unchecked the “Enable WooCommerece Payments” check box at the top of the payment page this is happen. You need both boxes “Enable WooCommerece Payments” and “Enable test mode” checked to show the card payment options and not get this error.

    Good morning!

    I set up PayPal as the only method of payment for my website, and I tested out with the PayPal sandbox, and everything was ok. I could see the order and it was good. But now that the site is live, people can’t check out and they see this message: “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”

    Is there anything I need to complete? Not sure what I’m missing here. The website is https://rawsugarstudio.com/checkout/
