Hi I am using WPP v. 3.2.1 . Since one week the plugin does not shows me any more stats in the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days but only in All time section. It didnt do that before this is why I am wondering what seems to be the problem. I am using W3 total cache and cloudflare. All changes happened after 1 week since ive moved my site on cloudflare and installed W3. I am thinking because of caching maybe the plugin does not register any more stats or i dont know. Can you please help me sort this out?

    Regards,

Hi Héctor, url is https://criminalitate.ro. What you are seeing on the right hand side of the site is all time stats from your plugin. There is NO data on 24 hrs or 7 days. Only all time is working so far.

    Regards.

Thanks! Just checked your site, and when visiting any of your articles a Javascript error shows up on the console. This might be caused either by another plugin, your theme or another script.

You mentioned that the plugin stopped tracking daily / weekly / etc. since about two weeks ago now, did you make any changes to your site back then? Switched themes? Installed any new plugins?

Hi, thank you for your reply. I did not made any changes to the site just moved it to cloudflare and i am using w3t cache plugin. I am thinking about the chache plugin maybe or i dont know for sure. I will check, the fun part is that it used to work with cloudflare and cache plugin. Shouldn`t stop working in the 1st second after migration if this was the problem?

I’d try clearing W3TC’s cache first. If that doesn’t help, then disable all other plugin’s (including W3TC) and check again. This way, you can verify if it’s a conflict with another plugin or something else.

Please keep me posted with the results, OK?

I’m having the same issue with no data. The plugin was working on my local machine on MAMP but does not seem to work on my Media Temple Premium WordPress Hosting. Is the problem that it the plugin does on work on that host?

The plugin should work anywhere, @prock13. As I recommended to @delict, try disabling all of the plugins to determine if any of them is causing a conflict.

    Hi,

Did you have CloudFlare’s Rocket Loader enabled before? That would be one possibility that comes to mind & I see that the feature is currently off.

But the thing is that it works fine locally using all the same code and widgets.

That’s why I’m suggesting the issue may have been with Rocket Loader, if you had that turned on before.

No I don’t have Rocker Loader turned on.

Does pausing CloudFlare in the your CloudFlare settings change the behavior? If not, then the issue is not caused by us.

I’m using the WordPress Premium Hosting from Media Temple…you can’t do anything to CloudFlare or Rocket Loader. I’m not even sure they use them with the premium hosting for wordpress. It’s not like with their DV service.
