    Hi Alin,

    Please check this.

wp_popularpostsdata table is created, and wp_head() it was already in my header. The table is empty.

If it’s empty, it means the AJAX call that updates the views count is not getting executed – which is why the plugin has not been registering the visits.

Are you using a caching plugin?

Edit: I’m assuming you’re running the latest version of the plugin (3.0.2 at the time of writing). If it’s not the case, please let me know.

Yes and Yes. WP Fastest Cache and 3.0.2. I reinstall the plugin and reinstall the cache plugin and nothing yet.

Try clearing WP Fastest Cache’s cache -if you’ll forgive the repetition- first, then WPP should start tracking all pages normally.

Just to be sure, could you please post your site’s URL?

I clear my cache for many times, now is deactivated and I see it record 2 lines in that table in database.

This I retrieve last 24 hours.

Just checked your site and there are a few Javascript errors caused either by other plugins and/or your theme. This might be interfering with WPP as well.

    Try this:

    1. Turn off all of your plugins, except WPP.
    2. Visit any post / page, and check if the plugin is registering views count or not.
    • If it is: the problem is being generated by one of your plugins. Enable one plugin at a time, and check if WPP is still able to update the views count or not – this way, you’ll be able to idetify which plugin is causing the problem.
    • If WPP still can’t update the views count, then chances are this is theme-related. You can enable all your plugins again.

I plan to do that tomorrow, I’ll reply what’s happening

Ok, please keep me posted with the results.

Hi, I have the same problem but in the dashboard of the plugin I have ALL TIME is working while the other reports have “Sorry. No data so far.”

    Thanks

    Hi pietro,

It sounds like the wp_popularpostssummary DB table is missing on your database. Could you please verify?
