"Sorry No Posts Found" On All Pages

Just wondering what is happening here. When anyone views the site, they get a “Sorry No Post Found” message on each page. I then deactivated all plugins, no help. I then added the “Recent Posts” widget to my sidebar, and everything worked fine. Can anyone explain this? No all my clients want to have a BLOG site, so I want to know how to not have to add the “Recent Posts” widget into my sidebar.

You will see I have commented out the Recent Posts that is hardcoded. I have added the Comments widget through the “Widgets” drag/drop screen. thanks is advance for all the help!
