If you set your permalink functions back to Plain, are you still getting the issue?
You also have posts in all three of the categories correct?

how can i back to plain? default settings? i think never change the settings.

I think this is a WooCommerce question.

Maybe on your menu you linked to post categories instead of product categories?

Good thinking @pxforti! It does look like your menus are off @matijdk. You have them set to: https://ambarvioletajoyeria.com/category/plata-y-oro/, but if I look at the category on one of the items you linked it is: https://ambarvioletajoyeria.com/categoria-producto/plata-y-oro/

Try updating the links in the menus and that should alleviate the problems!

ok! i go to a appeareance, menu! i select primay menu, delete all items, then i go to menu structure, categories, an add: plata, plata y oro, relojes…
save…
and is the same error!! after do all this ,go to inicio, plata…and this is the url

Go to Appearance > Menus

At the top of the screen, click the Options link. Make sure there is a checkbox in Product Categories.

Then, add your product categories to the menu and save. We know they work because I sent a link to those product categories and they had products in them.

You are not selecting product categories. You are selecting blog / post categories.

Product Categories will say “Product Categories”.

Scroll farther down the menu page and you’ll see them

i was not not selecting product categories! now it is working fine!
