I’m also having the same problem, Icannot generate an access token. Getting the ‘No companies retrieved! Make sure you’re the owner of the company via LinkedIn’ error

You need to make a slight change to get this working.

1. Copy the shortcode given in the ‘Use this shortcode:’
2. Change the numeric code to match the number in the ‘Find your company ID:’ drop down.
This should worked for me.

I origianally couldn’t get the shortcodes to return, I discovered that not adding the ‘Company ID’ field caused the LinkedIn sync to fail silently. The company ID is part of the URL when you’re logged into LinkedIn.

I am also getting a “Sorry, no posts were received from LinkedIn!” message. The plugin was working in the past few months but now regenerating the token doesn’t work and I’ve checked all the settings on the LinkedIn Developer App we created. No luck.

Our host does frequent updates so we are running the latest version of WP.

Any ideas?

It’s work for me also the id for in the shortcode has changed. so updating the shortcode and it’s work again thank’s

Unfortunately it is still not working for me even after changing the shortcode as above. I went so far as to uninstall and reinstall and create a whole new app in LinkedIn Dev and it is still showing the same error message.
