Alusion, works for me right away, did you change anything already?
I have disable the caching for now with me, still checking, but think I found related problem causing this. Many variations, not behaving like they should basically. Too many in some cases, with the products with just a few things seem to work.
And this might be related to Suhosin plugin on the server, which is not so nice in handling many queries, but this is only suspicion I have, it is one of the few differences between my live and test environment.

Am installing updates tomorrow early morning on live environment, fingers crossed..

I’m getting this same error.
Got a wordpress upgrade from 4.0.6 to 4.2.3 and it broke this.
I did all most of what’s suggested on this thread. No go.

The theme variable.php file is updated.
Still getting this error.

Any ideas? Besides disabling plugins, what else could be a good troubleshooting?

The manage stock selection didn’t work for me. I uninstalled the new WooCommerce and installed the older version: WooCommerce 2.3.11 (none of my products were deleted) and all the variations now work fine for me. Good luck!

Sorry, I was wrong.
I was stupidly checking the wrong theme.
Now it works. It broke the layout, but that’s fixable.

Just updated ro-ni.nl, the live version.
No products available at first, but with enabling ‘manage stock’ and entering a number of available products it worked.
I did not have to add stock to any single variation, just the main stock option worked here.

And no need to set Stock management after uploading this file.

Yes.

We have this problem on our site at the moment, but in a slightly different form.

All of our variants appear on the site no problem, but the conditional element of the variants has gone.

So for instance on this page:

When you select the 2nd variant such as: 3 Panel
Then you should only see in the 3rd variant the 3 panel options, and the others relating to 5 panel and Large, Medium, Panoramic etc shouldnt even be listed.

So now if you configure a product with the wrong configuration you get the error:
“Sorry, no products matched your selection. Please choose a different combination.”
Because you shouldnt have been able to make that group of selections.

Up until we updated to the most recent version of WooCommerce it all ran perfectly for over a year since we made the site, now its screwed!

BTW: We just updated to 2.4.6 thinking it would fix this…. it didnt. ??

Any help really appreciated!!

same fix here. I had copied the whole ‘woocommerce’ folder into my template directory to override most of the woocommerce templates.

only had to update one file to fix mine:

woocommerce->single-product->add-to-cart->variable.php

I replaced this with the version from the updated plugin folder

I have this issue on 7 sites, all with different themes

I think its an issue with WC Version 2.4.6 because I just put one site back to WC 2.3.11 and its working again

Rather than thinking this is a theme issue, I would say its a Woocommerce issue 100%
