It looks like your theme is a child of Flatsome version 2.5.6 but the current version is 2.7.5, In particular, version 2.6 introduced support for WooCommerce 2.4, which you are using. See the changelog:

So consider updating your parent theme. It may not fix the problem but its a reasonable next step.

One question: Can you tell if I need to update the child theme? I’m not sure if it’s updates separately from the main theme.

The test is, does it work. The child theme contains your custom changes from the parent theme, if any. No one here knows what’s in there or has access to it. Whoever created any code in there would be the person to update it if its broken.

We have similar problems, but solutions in this topic not work for us ((
After the update of the website https://selectsandwich.com we face with a problem with variable products.
If in variable product no default option is set (so clients have to choose what they need) so we see the following message “Sorry, no products matched your selection. Please choose a different combination.” and the “Choose an option” message is disappearing from the list of available combinations of attributes. We assume that the current problem is related to the following script /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/js/frontend/add-to-cart-variation.min.js?ver=2.4.8. After it’s execution the default value is being lost ( <option value=””>Choose an option</option> -> <option>Choose an option</option>)

Disabling all plugins and enabling the “Twenty Twelve” theme did not solve the problem

From my experience, you may want to check woocommerce system status and scroll all the way to make sure everything is up to date.

Also, if that doesn’t work, check in your child-themes folder you may have an old version of woocommerce stuck in there that needs to be deleted and then make sure the your woocommerce in your main theme folder is up to date (this was my ultimate issue).
