    Hi skcedtech,

    Sorry you are having problems with the plugin. Has the plugin never worked, or did it stop working at some point recently?

    On the plugin settings page ‘Settings -> Kebo Twitter Feed’ there is a API Status box in the top right, what does that say?

    There is also a link at the bottom of that page called ‘Debug Tweet Data’. If you click this, does the textarea fill with anything, perhaps starting similar to this:

    {"0":{"created_at":"Tue Mar 18 22:05:55 +0000

    If not, what does it contain?

    Peter,
    Thanks for the reply. The Twitter feed has never worked.
    API Status
    23.239.13.127 Success

    Also under the Debug Tweet Data is says {“expiry”:1395240302}

    Thanks for your time.

    Hi skcedtech,

    I am still attempting to work out what is going wrong on sites and causing them to be stuck with the just the expiry time in the Tweet Data transient. I have not managed, despite days of trying, to reproduce how people can get stuck in this situation.

    Could you try re-saving the plugin settings from ‘Settings -> Kebo Twitter Feed’. This should delete the contents of the transient and allow it to be repopulated.

    If not I probably need to make a special debug version of the plugin which emails me the content of response/values at various points so that I can understand what is happening.

    same happens on me.
    with Debug Tweet Data option, no tweets showsT_T
