Repeatedly receiving “Sorry, online ordering is unavailable to this destination and/or weight. Please double check your destination details.” even after following advice for store setup found here: https://getshopped.org/resources/faqs/#Shipping2

Theme: Website theme (themeforest)I did this:
— set up wp e-commerce store with gold cart plugin & third party premium shipping plugin
— followed all advice found here: https://getshopped.org/resources/faqs/#Shipping2
— deactivated third party shipping plugin to see if it was causing the error. error still occurred.I expected WP e-Commerce to do this: work for ordering items
Instead it did this: gives message “Sorry, online ordering is unavailable to this destination and/or weight. Please double check your destination details.”
