    Do your products have weights set? Are you using a third-party shipping module that depends on weights?

    No i’m not using a third party shipping module, i’m trying to use the flat rate feature. Sorry this might be a silly question, but what do you mean by weight sets, like actual weight of the product itself? So far I’ve just entered in the flat rate and that was it.

    Its a really good idea to put in the weight of the item even if you don’t have to rely on it. I found I had all sorts of issues until I input all my weights and dimensions.

    Yeah, I am referring to the weight of the product itself – though if you’re only using flat rate – that should be irrelevant.
