    Hi Evan,
    I want to ask you question, everytime I enter my API key, the plugin tells me:
    Sorry, that is an invalid MailChimp API key. Please check the console for further information.
    Check the console, this is what I get:
    MailChimp API Response : connect() timed out! or:
    MailChimp API Response : Couldn’t resolve host ‘us7.api.mailchimp.com’

    Uninstall and install the plugin over and over with no luck, install to freshly new wordpress installation, still the problem exists.

    Please help me to solve this cause I really want to use your plugin.

    Hi Adek.designs,

    That looks to be an issue with your server making a connection to the MailChimp API. Check the MailChimp documentation regarding timeouts : https://apidocs.mailchimp.com/gettingstarted/timeouts.php

    One thing I can recommend is first, releasing and re-generating your API key. Once you have done that, try and use the new API key.

    If you still hit the same error, I would try and increase your servers max_execution_time to see if that helps resolve the issue.

    If all else fails, I would reach out to your host provider and ask them what the cause may be.

    Hi Evan,

    Yes you’re right, the issue is from my hosting provider server, Contact them and now the plugin work.
    I don’t know what they did actually, they only check to resolve DNS of api.www.ads-software.com and us7.api.mailchimp.com and they said everything’s fine, and I can use your plugin after that.
