Hi. I’m aware that the free version won’t copy over an existing site and that’s not what I’m trying to do. I’m seeing the “Sorry, that site already exists!” error when trying to clone to a new site, and only in multisite subdomain mode. In subdirectory mode I don’t get the error. I’ve confirmed the site doesn’t exist, including in the database. The error occurs no matter what URL I give the new site, even complete gibberish. I want to use subdomains and not subdirectories. Any directions on this to get it working?

Does this happen when you try to create a site manually or just with Cloner? If the latter, you’ll want to troubleshoot that issue via the Multisite Network settings and this would be unrelated to Cloner.

Got it, good advice. Turns out this issue occurs even when I try to manually create a new site. Thanks!
