    I just got this error message while attempting to use Quadpay on my website:

    “Sorry, there was a problem preparing your payment. Please try again.”

    After getting that message, I tested Quadpay through several different computers and locations, and it seems to work sometimes, but then other times, it delivers that error message.

    I’ve double-checked the plugin to make sure it’s up to date. Please help me figure this out.

    This is a message which comes from the payment gateway itself (and not from, the plugin). So, may I ask you to contact our merchant support so, the guys can check what happen with your account and why this messages comes up?!
