Hi there,

This issue typically means your business is not yet “Reviews Ready”. Review our doc on that here:

This most often comes down to one or both of these items:

1) Your business is not verified
2) You have not checked “I serve customers at this physical address” in your settings.

Also make sure to update to our latest version which we pushed out today, version 1.4.2.
